Shipping and Delivery
When you purchase goods from our Site, the goods will be delivered through one of the following methods:

Standard Delivery, Estimated 5-7 Business days;
- Express Delivery 2-5 Days
Delivery will take place as soon as reasonably possible, depending on the delivery method selected. Delivery times may vary due to unforseen circumstances. Please note that delivery times do not include weekends and statutory holidays.
You will be required to pay delivery charges in addition to the price for the goods you purchase.
You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information.
Out of Stock Items
you will be notified if an item is on backorder within 24 hours of placing your order. If need be we can use drop shipping from our suppliers for more control over shipping of your item.
Drop Shipping
-we may use drop shipping from time to time using one of our suppliers to help you get your package on time. Details and delivery methods will be provided for this at time of shipment.

Return Policy
Refunds
Refunds for Goods
Refund requests must be made within 30 days after receipt of your goods.
We accept refund requests for goods sold on our Site for any of the following reasons:

Good is broken;

Good does not match description;

Good is the wrong size; or
-
Good does not meet the purchaser's expectations.
Refunds do not apply to the following goods:

One Use items.
We will notify you once we have received the package and at that time when the review process is complete you will be notified if there is a return approval or not. If approved, you will be refunded automatically. Please note this may take some time to process through your bank or credit card.
Refunds for Services
All services sold on our Site are non-refundable.
Damaged Items
-Please inspect your item once you receive it. A claim for Damaged Items will have to be made within 5 days of receipt.
Returns
All returns will be subject to 15% restocking fee, unless otherwise stated.
Returns can be made in person at the following location(s): At 220 Midwest Rd.
Returns can be made by mail. To return a good by mail, follow the following procedure:
Bring the package to our location, or create a shipping label and delivery it back within the allotted time.
To be eligible for a return you please send an email to info@totalsuspensions.com. We will determine eligibility of return and provide details of how to process the return and next steps. We will follow our rules outline in our terms and conditions.
Returns must be started within 5 days of receipt.

Exceptions & Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, for example custom products such as U-bolts or leaf's. Please let us know if you have questions for certain items.
